Pharmaceutical product of plant origin, not requiring medical prescription. Indicated for short-term use in cases of occasional constipation. It is classified as a stimulant laxative. It contains senna, a natural ingredient with proven effectiveness, which is traditionally used to provide relief from constipation.
Notably, this product is being widely used for more than 35 years in the treatment of constipation. Moreover, it is the only laxative in the form of a jam!
TAMARINE contains apple and plum jam. Its four active ingredients are:
- Senna Leaf Powder 8% (Cassia angustifolia [known as Senna of Tinnevelly]),
- Tamarind Extract 0.39%,
- Cassia pulp Extract 0.39%,
- Coriander Fruit Powder 0.18%.
